The fastest resolutions: purchase and restore issues (include the email you paid with and a rough date — never send card numbers), leaderboard name removals (link the board and the exact name), and corrections to ratings or squad data. For rating disagreements, use the voting built into the game first — every vote is counted and reviewed against the next squad update.
