Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Perfect Eleven (the “Game”), operated by SportsMarket LLC, a free browser game at theperfecteleven.com. By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Game. They’re written in plain English on purpose.

The Game

Perfect Eleven is a free-to-play football squad-building game. No account or sign-up is required to play. We may change, add, or remove features at any time, and we may pause or discontinue the Game without notice.

Premium unlock & payments

What it is. Premium is a season pass valid for 365 days (list price US$4.99; promotional pricing may apply, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay), which unlocks the full Premier League club draft, Positional Picker, PL Legends, International Tactical and International Top 50 (on the live call-ups) and the World Cup 2026 archive drafts Tactical, Top 50 and Legends and the nation head-to-head (Challenge a mate), Gameweek Predictions, creating a private league, locking and posting your Season Predictions, the rest of the World Cup 2026 archive, the Legends daily, and viewing the five More Boards leaderboards (Season XI, PL Predictions, Premier League, Positional and PL Legends), plus any future premium modes at no extra cost. It is a digital unlock, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.
What stays free. The two plain nation drafts — Classic on the World Cup 2026 archive and Nations XI on the live call-ups — free for everyone since 23 September 2026, PL Daily, the International Daily, Challenge a Friend, Team of the Week, Scorer & Assister (and the International Scorer & Assister while an international break runs), joining a private league, the 11 Decisions vote, building a Season Prediction, the Team of the Week, PL Daily and 3 FROM 6 leaderboards, and the club, manager and player power rankings with the weekly voting are free for everyone and are not part of the pass.
Free during international breaks. While an international break is running, Challenge a mate is free for everyone (the International Daily is free all year). Outside a break it is part of the pass, as listed above. The dates of the current break are published on the homepage; the change is automatic and no purchase is affected by it. Receiving a challenge link and playing it is free for everyone at all times — only starting one needs the pass outside a break.
Players who were already predicting or running a league. Gameweek Predictions and creating a private league moved into the pass on 13 September 2026. If you had already made a gameweek prediction, or had already created a private league, before that date, you keep that access for the rest of the 2026-27 season without buying the pass. Joining a private league with an invite code remains free for everyone.
Legacy lifetime unlocks. A small number of early purchases were sold as lifetime access rather than a 365-day season pass. Those unlocks are honoured as lifetime and do not expire. Where our Privacy Policy says entitlement records are kept for the 12-month life of a purchase, legacy lifetime unlocks are an explicit exception: we keep those records for as long as the unlock is honoured, precisely so the purchase can still be restored.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is verified against Stripe before premium is unlocked.
How the unlock is stored. The unlock is saved on the device/browser you use (in local storage). It is not tied to an account. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, use “Restore purchase” in the premium dialog and enter the email you bought with to re-unlock. A single purchase can be active on up to three devices.
Refunds. Because premium is a digital good delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your purchase, email us and we’ll make it right.

Leaderboard & submissions

When you submit a lineup to the public leaderboard you provide a display name and an optional city, which are shown publicly. Don’t submit anything you wouldn’t want public — a nickname is fine.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and remove your submissions in connection with the Game.
Don’t submit content that is offensive, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates others. We may remove any entry at our discretion and without notice. Automated/abusive submissions are not allowed.

Acceptable use

Use the Game lawfully and for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer for misuse, or circumvent the premium unlock or rate limits.

Content & intellectual property

Perfect Eleven is an independent, unofficial fan game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA or any football federation, club, or player. Team and player names are used descriptively; squad data is sourced from publicly reported information (via ESPN) and player ratings are our own editorial estimates — they are approximations, not official figures. National flags are public-domain. All other Game content, branding and code are ours.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that squad data or ratings are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Eleven and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
