These Terms govern your use of Perfect Eleven (the “Game”), a free browser game at theperfecteleven.com. By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Game. They’re written in plain English on purpose.

The Game

Perfect Eleven is a free-to-play football squad-building game. No account or sign-up is required to play. We may change, add, or remove features at any time, and we may pause or discontinue the Game without notice.

Premium unlock & payments

What it is. Premium is a one-time US$4.99 purchase that unlocks the Tactical, Top 50 and Legends modes (and any future premium modes, at no extra cost). It is a digital unlock, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is verified against Stripe before premium is unlocked.
How the unlock is stored. The unlock is saved on the device/browser you use (in local storage). It is not tied to an account. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, use “Restore purchase” in the premium dialog and enter the email you bought with to re-unlock. A single purchase can be active on up to three devices.
Refunds. Because premium is a digital good delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your purchase, email us and we’ll make it right.

Leaderboard & submissions

When you submit a lineup to the public leaderboard you provide a display name and an optional city, which are shown publicly. Don’t submit anything you wouldn’t want public — a nickname is fine.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and remove your submissions in connection with the Game.
Don’t submit content that is offensive, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates others. We may remove any entry at our discretion and without notice. Automated/abusive submissions are not allowed.

Acceptable use

Use the Game lawfully and for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer for misuse, or circumvent the premium unlock or rate limits.

Content & intellectual property

Perfect Eleven is an independent, unofficial fan game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA or any football federation, club, or player. Team and player names are used descriptively; squad data is sourced from publicly reported information (via ESPN) and player ratings are our own editorial estimates — they are approximations, not official figures. National flags are public-domain. All other Game content, branding and code are ours.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that squad data or ratings are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Eleven and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (at most US$4.99).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
