Perfect Eleven gives you twelve spins in Club Draft — eleven players and a manager — and one rule that shapes every one of them: you take one player per club. Land on a club, pick, and that squad is gone for the rest of your draft. This guide is about playing that rule well, using the real distribution of ratings across the league rather than rules of thumb. For the basics, start with How to Play.
1. Know where the elite players actually are
The league is not evenly stocked. Of 536 rated players, here is how many at each position reach 85 and 90:

Goalkeeper is the one to watch. The biggest single drop anywhere in the top ten keepers comes between 4th and 5th: David Raya at 89, then Jordan Pickford at 84 — five points in one step. You only need one keeper, but if the wheel hands you a club with a top-four goalkeeper, that is often the best use of the spin. 2. Hope for depth, not a single star
Because each club can only give you one player, the clubs worth landing on are the ones with several strong options at the position you still need. These are the deepest clubs at each position (players rated 85+):

Read the last column as a warning. When a spin lands on one of those clubs late in your draft with that position still open, you are choosing between a weaker player in the right slot and a better one out of position. Every club’s full squad is on its club page.
3. Build chemistry across clubs
In Club Draft and the Positional Picker, chemistry comes from nationality: each player links with teammates from the same country, up to a maximum of three links. That makes four players from one nation the number to aim for — each of the four then links with the other three and maxes out. The catch is the one-per-club rule: a bloc only works if those players are spread across different clubs.
- Argentina — 4 players rated 85+ across 4 clubs (Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd)
- England — 8 players rated 85+ across 3 clubs (Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City)
- Netherlands — 5 players rated 85+ across 3 clubs (Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd)
- France — 3 players rated 85+ across 3 clubs (Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City)
- Italy — 3 players rated 85+ across 3 clubs (Arsenal, Man City, Spurs)
- Belgium — 3 players rated 85+ across 3 clubs (Aston Villa, Man City, Man Utd)
Among the strongest players, Argentina is spread across four or more clubs, so a full four-player bloc of 85+ players is possible without breaking the one-per-club rule. Remember that chemistry only pays if the players fit the slots you put them in.
4. Put players where they play
Every player has a natural role. Placed in a slot that fits that role, they play at their rating. A near miss — the other side of the pitch, or a neighbouring role — costs a little; a player dropped somewhere unrelated costs more. The game offers four formations (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 3-5-2), so if the wheel keeps handing you wingers, choosing a shape with wide forwards is cheaper than forcing them into midfield.
5. Spend skips and swaps late
Club Draft gives you three skips and two swaps; the Positional Picker gives two and one. A skip spent in the first few spins protects a draft that has barely started. The same skip spent when a club with nothing for your last open slot lands at spin eleven can save the whole side. Swaps work the same way: keep them for the moment a better player arrives for a slot you have already filled.
6. Do not forget the manager
Your twelfth spin is a manager, and it is not decoration. A manager adds a chemistry bonus of roughly one point for every six rating points above 70, including their current form — so an in-form elite manager is worth several points, and a struggling one very little.
